The seam problem

Every vendor sells you a piece. Greymatter.io sells you the whole.

Three vendors. Three rulebooks. Three teams that do not talk. That is how an AI agent reaches something nobody approved, and it goes unnoticed until the damage is done.

Greymatter.io checks every request at one door, with one rulebook, and one team.

Consolidated, by design.

One gateway to manage. One place to control what gets through.

Fewer systems to secure means fewer gaps for threats to fall through.

Frequently asked questions

The Greymatter.io App, API & AI Gateway is one checked entrance for app, API, and AI agent traffic, instead of three separate products.

An API gateway routes and secures calls between applications and services. An AI gateway does the same job for traffic to and from AI models and agents. Greymatter.io runs both, plus app traffic, through one gateway instead of three separate products.

No. Greymatter.io works alongside the gateway tools you already run. No rip and replace required to get started.

MCP is how AI agents call tools. Greymatter.io serves standard OAuth discovery, so an MCP tool signs in on its own. AI Guardrails then inspects MCP calls, including calls on event streams.

No. This gateway controls who can connect, not what gets said once they are connected. Inspecting prompts and responses for threats is a separate capability, AI Guardrails, applied on top.
